A couple of months ago, we decided to move our website from one of your competitors (Inclind) to your company for many reasons including Inclind's lack of customer service; sense of urgency; overall competency, vision and follow-through; as well as their outrageous overcharging for services. From the outset, I called Thom Pemberton and he was fantastic. He called me back immediately, scheduled a meeting time/location that convenient for me, took the time to explain your process and listened (very patiently, I might add!) to my myriad of questions. If he wasn't sure of something, he went and researched it with the other members of your staff and responded with accurate information soon thereafter. What a great team member you have in Thom!

Once we decided for sure to migrate from Inclind to Beach-Net, Thom brought Gregg Malin to the next meeting and again, we received such terrific service from the outset. Gregg sat down with me and went through our set-up step-by-step and answered all of my questions with expertise and understanding. During the entire process, I have been quite impressed with the customer service and accessibility provided by Gregg. Every time I have called to speak to him, he makes himself available to help me troubleshoot or guide me through a process or fix a problem. If he cannot attend to something at the moment, he tells me a timeframe in which he will handle it and he always delivers as promised. I could go on and on about every detail, but hopefully I have painted a clear picture. Again, Gregg is showing exemplary customer service and it is evident that he genuinely cares about your clients.

My company, Beach to Bay Real Estate Center, recently switched our website to Beach-Net and can't be more pleased with the decision.
